Notice is hereby given that the Golden Meadows Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Proprietors’ Strata Plan #594 will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Zoom: Meeting ID No. 6443278935, at 4 p.m. to transact the following business.

  2. Election of an Executive Committee – December 2020 to November 2021.
  3. Resolutions/Decisions of Breaches to Patios and Extensions to common areas.
  4. Resolutions/Decisions Washroom Improvement Project
  5. Resolutions/Decisions Insurance of Property  
  6. Ratification of Appointed Officers
  7. Ratification of the establishment of sub-committees
  8. Operational and Strategic Plan – 2019 to 2022
  9. Operating budget Executive Year 2020-21

GM Labour Day Project – MAY 25, 2020

The Golden Meadows Strata/Citizens Associations completed a successful Labor Day project on May 25, 2020.

The major activities were:

  1. Painting of all curb walls/sidewalks
  2. Marking/remarking of parking lots
  3. Commenced the grassing of the playground
  4. Most communities members came out and participated
